Frequently asked questions
Can private individuals order from the shop?
No – this shop sells only to businesses, public authorities and organisations within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), i.e. B2B. Private customers are welcome to enquire by e-mail or phone.
What does shipping cost?
HENSEL Rollwagen are delivered free of charge within Germany. Orders from €500 (net) also ship free; everything else goes by GLS parcel service or freight forwarder. Collection in Waldbrunn is also possible.
How do I pay?
By purchase on invoice – every order is handled and invoiced by HENSEL Fahrzeugbau, subject to approval. No prepayment and no payment service provider.
Rollwagen or roll container – what is the difference?
Two names for the same thing: a wheeled equipment carrier for the equipment bay. At HENSEL we call it a Rollwagen; many fire services say roll container.
Will a HENSEL Rollwagen fit my vehicle?
The standard size is 1,200 × 800 mm, with custom sizes in a 60 mm grid – compatible with common equipment-bay mounts. If in doubt, simply send us the dimensions of your equipment bay.
Are the trolleys suitable for frontline service?
That is exactly what they are built for: a dead-man brake to the recommendation of the German Fire Services Association (DFV), rated for 12 % gradients, TÜV SÜD-tested form-fitting load securing and a 700 kg permissible gross weight (load capacity varies by model) – all operable with gloves on.

How fast is delivery?
Many models are available from stock in Waldbrunn. We confirm the exact delivery time with your order confirmation or in the quote.
Do you deliver outside Germany?
Free shipping applies within Germany. For deliveries to other countries, please ask us for a quote — we will confirm freight costs, lead time and customs handling with your quote. Please note that our terms of sale and all contractual correspondence are in German.
