Shipping and payment for HENSEL Rollwagen

We sell exclusively to businesses, public authorities and organisations within the meaning of § 14 BGB – not to consumers and not to resellers. All prices are therefore NET prices, excluding VAT, and are marked as such. German statutory VAT is added on the invoice.

Shipping

Free shipping within Germany on all Rollwagen, and on any order from €500 net. Other orders ship by GLS parcel service or by freight forwarder, depending on weight and size; the cost is shown in the basket before you order.

Collection in Waldbrunn is possible by arrangement – please let us know in the comment field of your order.

Payment

Purchase on invoice. Every order placed in this shop is processed and invoiced by HENSEL Fahrzeugbau GmbH & Co. KG; you will receive the invoice with the goods or by post.

We never send payment requests by e-mail from this shop. If you receive an e-mail asking you to pay, it did not come from us – please contact us before transferring anything.

Delivery time

Many models are in stock. For made-to-order builds we confirm the delivery date with your order confirmation.
